Bulletin Board
A dated notice for every change, pinned in order of arrival. Whatever alters what you receive goes up here on the day.

The post office opens
Sixteen women have sat down at their desks, with thirty-two sample letters between them in the column. Read one, write back, and she answers in a letter and remembers what you said.
An account costs nothing. New correspondents get 3 days of first post with every woman writing; afterwards second class allows 10 messages a day, and Express has no daily count.
Portraits are in place on every letterhead, with a banner above the front page. Nothing else exists yet, and should that change, this board will say so first.
